Disposition versions
59. The Minister may give to the school any mandate within the scope of the school’s mission.
The Minister may also issue guidelines concerning the objectives and policies of the school. The guidelines must be approved by the Government after consultation with the board of directors. The guidelines come into force on the day of approval and shall be tabled in the National Assembly within 15 days of being approved or, if the Assembly is not in session, within 15 days of resumption.
